1.        Who is eligible?

The Remove the Insuranoia “drawing” is open only to individuals who are legal residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Ohio, or Maryland, and who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of NJM, Brownstein Group, Frederick Keys, Attain Sports and Entertainment and/or Minor League Baseball and its member teams as well as the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, stepchildren, and grandchildren) and household members of these employees are not eligible for the drawing.

2.        Who is sponsoring this drawing?

The Drawing is sponsored by New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (“Sponsor” or “NJM”), 301 Sullivan Way, West Trenton, NJ 08628.

3.        How long is the Drawing entry period?

The Drawing begins at 12:00AM (EST) on June 1^st, 2026, and ends at 11:59PM (EST) on September 6th, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

4.        How do I enter?

During the Entry Period, an individual wishing to enter the Drawing (“Entrant”) must complete the required fields found on this landing page: https://try.njm.com/frederick-keys-sweeps/giveaway/ (“Submission”) using the QR code located at the seats within the ballpark. The Frederick Keys will announce the sweepstakes on their digital board once a game

Submissions that are not received by Sponsor will not be entered into the Drawing.

5.        What is the prize?

At the conclusion of the 2026 Frederick Keys season, one (1) winner will be announced. The winner will receive one (1) prize consisting of one non-firework night suite in the 2027 season (without food) and Frederick Keys swag the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $389.00.

6.        How are the winners selected?

Entrants’ Submissions will be selected at random by NJM through an online generator, Miniwebtool, after the Entry Period closes. Sponsor will notify the potential winners that they have won a prize by September 9^th, 2026. Notification will be sent via the email address provided during Submission. The potential winner must reply to Sponsor’s message within one (1) business day. The potential winner will be required to provide Sponsor with accurate contact information for prize distribution purposes. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, or stolen prize, or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

Winners will be responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on the prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize as set forth in these Official Rules.

If the potential winner declines to accept the prize or is found to have violated any of these Official Rules, then an alternate Entrant will be selected in his/her place. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winners.

7.        Other Drawing Rules

Limit one (1) Submission per Entrant regardless of method of entry. Sponsor may disqualify any Submission which contains or depicts inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information. Submissions will be deemed inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission which, in its opinion, violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to void Submissions of any Entrants who Sponsor believes may have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration or fairness of this Drawing. If, for any reason, the Drawing can no longer continue as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Drawing and award the available prizes following a review of Submissions received before said cancellation, modification, or suspension.

Entrant agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties following publication of Entrant’s Submission.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Submissions received.

With the exception of the information provided in the Submission, Sponsor will not have access to any personal information of the Entrants who do not qualify as potential winners and will not use information provided for any reason other than to administer the Drawing (this does not apply to Entrants who agree to receive emails from Sponsor). Regarding potential winners, Sponsor will only have access to the information provided by potential winners for prize-collection purposes. The names of potential winners may be disclosed to third parties seeking information regarding the list of winners of the Drawing.  Miniwebtool may collect or use an Entrant’s information for its own independent purposes in accordance with its own independent privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.miniwebtool.com/about/privacy/. 

8.        Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Drawing, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association, Brownstein Group, Lehigh Valley Phantoms and all their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors, members, shareholders, and employees (collectively the “Releasees”), from any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the administration of, or participation in, the Drawing. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Releasees’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Drawing, and in no event shall the Releasees be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

9.        How will disputes be handled?

Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New Jersey. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10.      Drawing Winners

For a copy of any legally required list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, Attn: Social Media Dept., 301 Sullivan Way, West Trenton, NJ 08628. Requests must be received within six (6) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
